Production Process of Galvanized Steel Sheet
The production of galvanized steel sheets involves three main stages: pre-treatment, zinc coating, and post-treatment. Each step ensures that the final product meets quality and performance standards.
1. Pre-treatment
First, the cold-rolled steel sheet is sent to the production line.
Then, it is cleaned using an unwinder, degreasing unit, and reduction furnace.
These steps remove oil and impurities to prepare the sheet for galvanizing.

2. Zinc Coating (Core Process)
The cleaned sheet passes through a zinc pot, where a thin layer of zinc is applied.
Right after coating, the sheet is cooled and shaped in the cooling tower.

3. Post-treatment
After coating, the sheet is finished, straightened, and passivated.
