Aluminized Steel Coil Suppliers

Aluminized steel’s heat shield makes it an ideal, cost-effective choice for fabrications exposed to punishing temperatures: automotive exhaust, plus HVAC and equipment, such as water heaters, furnaces heat exchangers, space heaters, ranges and appliances of multiple sizes. It also performs nicely against exposure to salts.

Precision Slit Steel Coils and Aluminized Steel Coils Supplier – Custom Widths, Grades, and Finishes
At Teda Ganghua, we specialize in supplying slit steel coils tailored to meet exact customer requirements. With years of expertise in coil processing, we provide precision slitting services for a wide range of flat-rolled carbon steel coils, including hot-rolled pickled and oiled, cold-rolled, galvanized, and aluminized steel. Coils are slit to custom widths, thicknesses, and hardness levels to match your manufacturing needs.

Our aluminized steel coils are produced through a hot-dip aluminizing process, where coils are coated in either an aluminum-silicon alloy or pure aluminum. This aluminum coating enhances corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and surface quality—making aluminized steel a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel for many high-temperature applications.

Aluminized steel sheet and coil products from Teda Ganghua are ideal for use in heat exchangers, residential furnaces, and commercial HVAC systems. The aluminum-silicon coating provides excellent thermal reflectivity and durability, making them suitable for both industrial and architectural applications.

Features of Hot Dip Aluminized Steel

  1. Heat Resistance: The AS coating improves heat resistance and oxidation at high temperatures, making it ideal for use in corrosive, high-temperature environments.

  2. High Heat Reflectivity: Aluminized steel offers excellent heat reflectivity, maintaining over 80% reflectivity at temperatures below 400°C. This makes it perfect for thermal insulation applications.

  3. Cost Reduction: Aluminized steel can replace more expensive materials, helping reduce overall operating costs.

Advantages of Hot Dip Aluminized Steel

  • Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Due to its high aluminum content, aluminized steel is highly resistant to corrosion and can withstand harsh weather conditions.

  • High Temperature Resistance: It performs well in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for demanding applications.

  • Outstanding Heat Reflectivity: Aluminized steel reflects around 80% of heat at temperatures below 500°C and up to 95% under infrared light. This makes it an effective heat barrier or reflector in high-temperature settings.

  • Lightweight: Aluminized steel is lightweight, which makes it easier to handle, transport, and install.

  • Cost-Effective: The production process for aluminized steel is simple and affordable, making it an economical choice for many applications.
